Warranty

All Warranty Claims require a $35 handling charge and the Warranty only covers the blank and not the components.
In all warranty claims the existing components will, where ever possible, be re-used, if they can be salvaged, in the repair of the rod.
Items that are difficult to re-use are reel seats and grips. In the event these items need to be replaced, they will be charged accordingly.

CRB BLANK 12 MONTH WARRANTY

The CRB 12 month warranty is limited to the blank and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other type of damage resulting from the use of the blank. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation if incidental or consequential damages, therefore the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

These warranties are limited to the repair or replacement of the rod blank and does not cover rod components.

THESE WARRANTIES ONLY EXTEND TO OR COVER ANY DAMAGE TO THE ROD BLANK RESULTING FROM A NON-CONFORMITY IN MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP; ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY MISUSE, ABUSE OR TAMPERING WITH THE ROD BLANK BY OTHER THAN NORMAL USE OF THE ROD FOR ITS INTENDED APPLICATION; OR ANY NON-CONFORMITY OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM REPAIRS PERFORMED OTHER THAN BY TG CUSTOM RODS/TG FLY FISHING.

MHX, SAGE, LAMIGLASS BLANK LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

The MHX, Sage, Lamiglass limited lifetime warranty is limited to the blank and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other type of damage resulting from the use of the blank.
